Order fulfillment time
The time needed to complete the order consists of the time needed to complete the order, forward it for shipment, and the time needed by the courier to deliver it. Execution of the order with PAYMENT BY TRANSFER begins on the day the payment is credited to the bank account of GMBR Sp. z o.o. The time of order fulfillment is counted from the moment of changing its status to “being completed”. Orders with PAYMENT BY TRANSFER, which are not paid within 7 working days from the date of submission, will be canceled and will not be processed.
Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and sent for dispatch no later than the next business day from the moment of acceptance for execution.
At the customer’s request, the order may be forwarded for shipment within the time limit specified by the customer.
Estimated delivery time in Poland:
1 business day from handing over the package to the courier.
