The time required to complete your order encompasses the processing time, forwarding it for shipment, and the time taken by the courier for delivery. For orders with PAYMENT BY TRANSFER, processing commences on the day the payment is credited to the bank account of GMBR Sp. z o.o. The order fulfillment time is calculated from the moment its status changes to 'being completed.' Orders with PAYMENT BY TRANSFER must be paid within 7 working days from the date of submission; otherwise, they will be canceled and not processed.

Orders are processed during business days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are dispatched no later than the next business day from the time they are accepted for processing.

Upon the customer's request, the order can be expedited for shipment within the timeframe specified by the customer.

Estimated delivery time within Poland: 1 business day from the package being handed over to the courier.
