We created this privacy policy for visitors to the website https://gunmetalbullets.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which is the online store Gun Metal Bullets (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

The administrator of your personal data in connection with the use of the Store is: GMBR sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: Komornicka 34A/6, 62-070 Dąbrówka, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000810505, NIP: 7773355080.

    • Some videos on the Website are embedded using plugins from YouTube (a service owned by Google). When you play such a video on our Website, Google receives this information from your browser, even if you do not have a Google/YouTube account or are not currently logged in.     • If you want to prevent Google from collecting information about your activity on our Website, you can:

The legal basis for the use of essential cookies (as indicated above in the section "What cookies do we use?") by the Store is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate a Website that supports our business and the necessity of maintaining its security.

Our use of cookies, particularly for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g., email address, order history, type of device, technology used, frequency of visits) and based on this, formulate future purchasing predictions. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.

# How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" cookies. Session cookies, i.e., information necessary for the correct functioning of browser features, expire at the end of the user's session, meaning each time you close our Website. Providing the above data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to fulfill your order, issue an invoice, notify you of the order status, respond to your inquiry or complaint, etc.

# How long do we process the data?

Your data related to placing an order in the Store is processed as long as necessary to complete the order, as well as according to accounting and tax regulations.

In addition, we will process the data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above in the table (i.e., until our legal interest allowing us to process the data ceases, or until you object to the processing, or until you withdraw your marketing consent – if you have given such consent). Further processing will only be possible if we, as the administrator, are under a legal obligation to do so (particularly for tax purposes) and possibly for archival purposes to protect against potential claims (until such claims become time-barred).

# To whom do we transfer your data?

In our operations, we use the services of other cooperating companies, so your data may be entrusted by us to: the company providing us with software for running the Store, an accounting firm, the host of our Website, the host of our email, and other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Your data is also transferred to courier companies and possibly payment intermediaries to fulfill your order, with these companies acting as separate data controllers.

For the marketing activities described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the USA (Google, Facebook). As a result, personal data may be transferred to third countries that are not members of the European Union.   • file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully.

- LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS USING COOKIES

  1. ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
    1. We use Google Analytics
      • The information collected by Google Analytics about users includes: how many times a user visits the site; which subpages are visited; the date of the first and last visit; duration of visits; the page from which the user accessed the site (referrer); browser used by the user; the link clicked; the location in the world from which the user accesses, anonymized (shortened) IP address, etc.
      • Google assigns a unique identifier (known as Google ID) to individual users and collects data from cookies from various websites on its servers. We – as the owner of the Website – may receive reports (statistics) from Google related solely to traffic on our Website. These reports only include users who have consented to the recording of their visits by Google Analytics on our Website.

    2. Cookies from our Store software provider
      • The software provider that enables our Store to function – i.e., the owner of the shoper.pl platform – places cookies on our Website to collect aggregated information about how customers use online stores (visited subpages and time spent on them, displayed products, clicks on the Store page, analytical information about purchases, e.g., conversion rates).
      • This data is used to create aggregate reports for e-store owners, containing general (non-personal) information such as which products are of interest to customers of a particular store, during which periods of the year there is increased traffic or sales in stores, etc. This helps sellers (including us) to improve their stores and optimize sales processes.

  2. ADVERTISING COOKIES
    1. We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools
      • Google collects data from cookies placed on your device on its servers. This data is collected on all sites where you have allowed the use of cookies for advertising purposes by Google (including on our Website), as well as from ads you have clicked. Google uses this information to display ads on other sites you visit. Typically, Google cookies expire after 3 months.
      • As advertisers using Google services, we do not have access to data from cookies stored on your device, but we can target ads to audience groups with specific characteristics selected by us, e.g., to all people who visited our website (or a specific subpage) in the last 7 days. This data is only used for statistical purposes, and ads are targeted based on aggregated criteria (to specific target groups, not to individual users).
