Returns and complaints

In accordance with the relevant regulations, you have a 14-day window to initiate a product return. To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return a purchased item, kindly complete the withdrawal form and dispatch it along with the returned product/products to our address.

If you have a complaint, please fill out the complaint form and include it along with the damaged product.

When composing the subject of the email, you can specify whether it pertains to a return or a complaint, and include the order number.

While you have the option to utilize the document template we've supplied, it is not mandatory.

Please include all received accessories along with the returned product(s), inside the package containing the statement, as well as a receipt or a copy of the invoice.
