In accordance with the relevant regulations, you have a 14-day window to initiate a product return. To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return a purchased item, kindly complete the withdrawal form and dispatch it along with the returned product/products to our address.
If you have a complaint, please fill out the complaint form and include it along with the damaged product.

When composing the subject of the email, you can specify whether it pertains to a return or a complaint, and include the order number.
While you have the option to utilize the document template we've supplied, it is not mandatory.
